Terms of Use

1. General

Welcome to Twilight Haven, a free Ukrainian browser RPG. By accessing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Twilight Haven is provided as-is and runs entirely in your browser with no installation required. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; the current version is always available on this page.

2. Accounts

A registered account is required for full access to the game. You may sign in using Google or Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

One player, one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in a ban.

You must be at least 13 years old to register. If you are under 18, please ensure a parent or guardian is aware of your participation.

3. Code of Conduct

Twilight Haven is a welcoming space for everyone. Please treat other players with respect. The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, insults, or discrimination of any kind.
• Offensive or hateful language in character names or messages.
• Spam, flooding, or intentionally disrupting others' gameplay.
• Using third-party software, bots, or any means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.

Violations may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension at the discretion of the administration.

4. Game Content and Ownership

All game content - including art, music, text, characters, and locations - is owned by or licensed to the Twilight Haven developers. You do not acquire any ownership rights in in-game items, currency, or characters; you receive only a limited license to use them within the game.

In-game progress, items, and currency have no real-world monetary value and may not be exchanged outside the game.

5. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the game available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily limit access. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the game or any feature at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the game, including loss of game progress.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
